Bring the Story of the Eastland Disaster Home

Public Program/Presentation

Bring the story of the Eastland Disaster to your local community -- library, senior center, historical society, church, or other organization. EDHS presents a professional, engaging program full of personal stories, photos, videos, and other information.

The Eastland Disaster Historical Society is committed to the ongoing work of telling the stories of the people whose lives were forever touched by the Eastland Disaster. Many people in Chicagoland are unaware of Chicago's greatest loss-of-life tragedy and the impact it had on local families and businesses, many of which are still in the area.

EDHS loves to talk with local communities and share the stories of the victims, survivors, and responders of the Eastland Disaster. We have a professional presentation that's packed with information, visuals, and next steps for people wanting to learn more. If you're interested in bringing our program to your local library, senior center, historical society, church, or other organization, please contact us at info@eastlanddisaster.org.
